Greenhouse farming is designed to be efficient from the ground up. We reclaim and reuse every drop of water our plants don’t absorb, meaning less waste and more sustainability.

Summer brings magical moments, like camping! 🏕️🛶🔥

How about a hot cheesy dip to make on your next adventure?

Ingredients:

1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 round of Boursin cheese (any flavour you like)
1–2 tsp red pepper jelly (optional, for a sweet kick)
Fresh basil leaves, torn
Baguette, for serving

Directions:

In a small pot or cast iron pan over medium heat, add olive oil and cherry tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes start to blister and burst, about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the Boursin cheese right into the pot and stir gently as it melts into a creamy, cheesy dip. Drizzle with red pepper jelly if using, and finish with torn fresh basil.

Serve warm with sliced baguette for dipping.

During the summer, we take extra measures to protect our plants from excess heat and light.

Starting as early as April, there tends to be too much sun and heat along the greenhouse walls, which can add stress to our plants. To combat this, we apply a natural whitewash, which softens the sunlight, reflects the excess heat, and helps to maintain a stable and healthy internal climate. ☀️
