Our Mission

We’re tackling the poverty of expectations and opportunities that limit people’s agency and aspirations—especially people with developmental disabilities who face a history of marginalization and exclusion. We do that by bringing people with and without disabilities together for shared learning experiences. As a platform, we function as a connector and coach, removing barriers for people to share their interests and passions with one another. Our goal is to reduce stigma and increase the conditions for positive mental health, meaningful employment, and greater independence. Our big and audacious vision? A world where people with and without disabilities are in reciprocal relationships; where opportunities abound regardless of label or diagnosis; and where everyone is learning and growing, freed from ‘stuckness’ and stagnation.
