City Centre Church's Minister is delighted to preach at Rev. Dr. Chanil Lee's induction service at Trinity on October 25 at 3 p.m. Serving as Trinity's Interim Moderator over the past year has been a wonderful experience, and City Centre Church looks forward to working with Chanil and the Trinity congregation in the years ahead. The 6th Annual Walk for Truth and Reconciliation in White Rock took place yesterday, hosted by the Semiahmoo First Nation. It was a blessing to be there and a blessing to be welcomed.

Last night at Dunwood Place, even before the service started later on, those who arrived early were already busting into song in anticipation. Something wonderful is happening there!

You are invited to Jane Kyle's Celebration of Life here on Saturday October 3, 2026, at 1pm here at City Centre Church in Surrey, BC. Jane's sister Jill has graciously offered to look after the food and catering for the afternoon. City Centre Church is encouraged to provide desserts for the reception downstairs after the service. It is also good for everyone to know that Jane’s nursing friends will be attending, along with many people from the Girl Guide community: a meaningful gathering of people from the different parts of Jane’s life who knew and loved her. We hope to see you all here.

Picture: a very special moment where Rev Dr Chanil Lee preaches for the call over at Trinity PC!

I've been so excited and honored to operate as Trinity's Interim Moderator in this process, and I can't imagine a better candidate! A big thank you to the Search Committee, the Session, the Worship Team, the Presbytery, and so many others.

Congratulations, Chanil!

Dr. Lee spoke on Genesis, the Image of God, Creation, and our response. Can't wait for our special Presbyte...
