Captain Rodney G. Elgert, CD has dedicated decades to the Air Cadet Program as a cadet, officer, mentor, and leader. From international exchanges to commanding multiple squadrons, his legacy continues to inspire future aviators and leaders.

On 28 Jan 2028 we celebrate his career on his final parade join us at 17029 16th Ave Surrey BC
