Protecting our community starts with staying informed. Join the Surrey Delta Métis Association and Seniors First BC for an important discussion on the common tools and schemes fraudsters use to target Elders and older adults.

Come for a delicious lunch catered by Bannock Queen, stay for the conversation, and leave with practical safety strategies and resources to keep yourself and your loved ones safe. All Elders and seniors are welcome!

We are looking for more players to join our slo-pitch baseball team this summer!

Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just want to get out on the field, we’d love to have you. This is a great chance to stay active, build skills, and connect with other SDMA youth.

Details:

🗓 When: June 8th – August 8th, 2026

👥 Who: Registered SDMA Citizens (Ages 12–18)

💸 Cost: $0 (No registration fees!)

🧢 Gear: We provide the T-shirts, hats, and basic gear.

🚐 Support: Need a ride? Transportation support is available.

It’s about more than just the game - it’s about community, culture, and a great summer on the field. All genders are welcome.

Registered citizens of SDMA are invited to join us for a morning of culture, connection, and community! We are hosting our very first early years engagement session specifically for families with children ages 0-8.

We will be diving into traditional Métis food with a Bannock Making workshop! It’s a hands-on, family-friendly experience where little ones can explore, learn, and connect to culture in a fun and engaging way.
