FALL FARM VISIT

We are recruiting participants for a research study: “Starting School: Families’ Experiences as their Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children Transition into Kindergarten”.

We want all families to feel confident and well prepared as their children move on from early intervention services and begin their school journey.

The findings from this study will help us improve early intervention supports for families as their children transition into kindergarten.

Who can participate? Parents/caregivers of d/Deaf and hard of hearing children who will be entering kindergarten in September 2027 and who live in BC.

What you will do: Complete three online surveys in total, in September 2026, April 2027, and October 2027). Each survey will take 20-30 minutes to complete.

Prize draw: Participants can choose to enter a prize draw to win an iPad or a Real Canadian Superstore gift card (same value).
