NightShift Street Ministries Our vision is to meet the needs of disadvantaged people in our community.

Reaching out with unconditional love, 365 days a year, to people struggling with homelessness, addiction, mental illness and poverty in the Whalley neighbourhood of Surrey and in the City of Langley, BC. Starting with a hot meal, clothing and care kits, offered in an atmosphere of friendship, we are about building relationships that offer love, hope and purpose. Our Mobile Outreach Unit volunteers

provide basic medical and counselling services; our drop-in programs offer support, friendship, referrals and activities.

From the Mega Putt to the thrilling auction and great food, the NightShift Charity Golf Classic was an incredible day.

We linked together to raise an amazing $347,000 gross through sponsorships, pledge cards, auction and games. We are grateful to each of you who has given in some way. Every dollar raised will help us complete NightShift's expansion project in Surrey, where we are "building belonging" for vulnerable people.

We had so many unforgettable moments filled with laughter, connection and amazing energy from beginning to end.

NightShift’s Charity Golf Classic was created to support our ministry of providing meals 365 nights a year, along with recovery programs, health care, resources, and, most importantly, a place to belong.

Our Charity Golf Classic provide a fun opportunity to support this mission while also bringing together the people and partners who walk alongside us on this journey.

Last month, we felt an incredible wave of support from our community and one moment stood out.

When Val, president of the North Surrey Lions Club, walked through our doors, she didn’t just bring a donation. She brought years of friendship and support for NightShift.

Real change happens when a community comes together.

As she says, “It’s every citizen’s responsibility to give back and be part of transforming lives.”

Thanks to the North Surrey Lions Club, that impact continues every day.

The temperature is rising, and our vulnerable community needs hydration.

As Eric, our NightShift kitchen-warehouse assistant, said in the video: "This is a basic human need that everybody should have access to."

Can we count on you to help make the drinks flow and keep our community safely hydrated during the hot season ahead?

Your donations of bottled water, iced tea, lemonade or any drink that can keep folks hydrated is much appreciated — and in extreme cases, life-saving.

You can drop off donations at 10635 King George Blvd in Surrey, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Wow! A huge, heartfelt thank you to the students of Pacific Academy’s Intermediate School, who gathered a whopping 800 pounds of clothing and food donations to help neighbours in need at NightShift. ♥️🙏🏼
