The CVAP (Crime Victim Assistance Program) is a program that helps victims, immediate family members, as well as some witnesses in coping with the effects of a violent crime.
It supports individuals by providing financial benefits to assist in recovery. Some of these benefits may include medical and counselling services, as well as income support for victims. Benefits vary for victims, immediate family, and witnesses and it is important to speak directly to the representatives at CVAP as members of SAH are not directly affiliated with CVAP. Please check out this website if you or someone you know may need support, and we hope this is helpful.
