Hard to believe it's time for our Annual General Meeting again!

Friendly reminder to place your orders for our final Hot Lunch of the year by midnight tonight (Tuesday, June 2).

This time we're offering XL slices of either cheese or pepperoni pizza from Pizza Pizza, as well as a selection of drinks.

Don't forget to add a "Toonie for Tech" to your order in support of our efforts to replace outdated iPads and laptops for the school.

Lunches will be delivered on Friday, June 12 (Sports Day!)

Bike to School Week – June 1–5 🚴

From June 1–5, students are encouraged to ride their bikes / scooter / rollerblades to school each day!

When they arrive at school, they should go directly to the bike racks at the front of the school. Members of our leadership team will be there each morning handing out tickets to all riders.

How it works:
– Students write their name on the ticket and place it in the draw bucket.
– Each day, we will draw tickets for fun prizes such as: bike locks, reflectors tire pumps, bells, water bottles and bike lights

Grand Prize Draw (Friday): On Friday, all participating students will be entered into a grand prize draw. The more days they ride, the more entries they earn—so they should ride as often as they can!

Let’s have a fun, active, and eco-friendly week. We can’t wait to see everyone riding!

Note that helmets and any other necessary protective gear must be worn.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Neufeld Farm Market fundraiser! With your help, we surpassed our goal!

Reminder that you must pick up your order tomorrow (Friday, May 29) between 2pm and 3pm at the school. Look for the big delivery truck in the parking lot.

We could also use a couple extra sets of hands to help with delivery. Comment below if you're able to pitch in!

Nominations for all Hillcrest PAC 2026-2027 executive positions are now open! With all roles set as a one-year term, every position is open to nominations.

Our Annual Western Day Pancake Breakfast is coming up on Friday, May 15!

Volunteers are needed to mix batter, cook pancakes, help with plating and deliver pancakes to the tables. We'll also need as many volunteers as possible to help with clean-up afterwards.
