Surrey Community Action Team A collaborative platform dedicated to sharing resources to help lower the risk of overdose

The CATs are in all communities where there have been many deaths or emergency calls for overdose and often have everybody at the table; the mayor, the principals of schools, the ambulance workers, the police, the firemen, AIDs organizations, shelter staff, public health MDs etc

We’re excited to share that our Q***r Cafe on October 21 will be a fun and creative Halloween Craft Night! 🎃👻🔮

We’ll be spending the evening making Halloween-inspired art and crafts together. If you’d like to participate, you’re welcome to pick up some supplies beforehand from somewhere like Dollarama or another store. Here are a few ideas:

* A small canvas and some paintbrushes if you’d like to paint something spooky
* Halloween ornaments or decorations to personalize and decorate
* Or anything else you'd enjoy working on!

There’s no specific project or craft required, so feel free to get creative and bring whatever spooky craft idea inspires you!

As a thank you for participating, attendees will receive a $25 gift card reimbursement for arts and crafts supplies purchased for the activity. The gift cards will be provided to the attendees within the week following the session.
