This National AccessAbility Week has been a powerful celebration of the vital contributions of persons with disabilities in Canada. As we reflect on the week, it's also a time to acknowledge the ongoing commitment to identifying, removing, and preventing barriers to accessibility and inclusion.
The "Nothing Without Us" principle continues to be our guiding light. The Government of Canada, in collaboration with the disability community, Indigenous representatives, intersectional groups, and all levels of government, is committed to ensuring diverse voices shape our accessible future.
