A Culture of Growth.

RTI was started in March 2019 with zero equipment, 4 instructors, personal laptops, and a whole lot of belief.

Since then:

📈 We’ve gone from holding 18 apprenticeship classes per year to 29 and climbing
📚 Union-exclusive JATC courses expand in scope and quantity year over year

This doesn’t happen by accident.

Success like this happens because of determined leadership, strong members, committed contractors, supportive wholesalers, and an industry that believes in training done right, union and non-union alike.
