Today was the first time Rocko was outside in his harness! We only take one or two at a time outside, so we stay very safe (& only the few non-flyers, or the ones we’ve successfully managed to accept a harness..& soon in the modifed baby stroller lol!) Anyway, here’s a compilation of some pretty pictures; the birds always seem to enjoy being in the garden!🌺🌼🌸

Happy World Parrot Day!!

May 31st is World Parrot Day!! Let's celebrate our amazing cockatoos- characters of Australian sky's and ever so cheeky. ❤️😄
Sadly their are endangered species among these beautiful parrots due to habitat loss and climate change. Let's spread awareness to do what we can to protect their homes to make sure our magnificent birds can be seen and admired for many years to come!!!

Just some messy beaks…mostly littles this time! We have 18 budgies, 6 doves, & 5 finches…& next to them is 6 lovebirds💞(Their space is a nearly 30ft long enclosure, next to the windows🙂) I’m going to pick them some branches & dandelions today!

Finally I made a post… of course not everyone is represented.. or it would take all day! ..but here’s a few cute pics🙂 It’s gardening season now, so we will have fresh home grown veggies for chop, (& human healthy food too I guess, but it’s always the birds who get the veggies lol)
