Hey Sundre ❤️

Sadly, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to cancel this event. We just didn’t have enough registrations to make it possible to move forward, and in order to avoid cancellation fees, we needed to make the call now.

We know plans can change, and we completely understand that! But a lot of planning, organizing, and upfront costs go into making these trips happen.

For future events, if you’re thinking, “I’m planning on going!” but haven’t registered yet, please consider getting your registration in sooner rather than later. Your registration really does help us know whether we can make an event happen!

Thank you to everyone who did register and support this event. We’re disappointed we couldn’t make it happen this time, but we’ll keep planning and creating opportunities for our youth. ❤️

Keep an eye on our socials for the new plan for October 2nd at The DEN SYC!
