Caps Care Foundation Weekly 5050 Draw Caps Care Foundation is a weekly 50/50 draw. Draws are made every Tuesday at 7pm!

The Summerside Western Capitals, College of Piping, Western Wolves, Kensington Wild, Coldest Night of the Year, and Under the Spire Music Festival are all beneficiaries.
