What is **Throttle Therapy**?

For many riders, it's much more than simply riding a motorcycle. It's freedom. It's clarity. It's healing.

In June 2025, **Freedom Biker Tours** embarked on an unforgettable journey through Canada's beautiful Maritimes, exploring the provinces of **New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia**. Along the way we visited the communities of **Moncton, Charlottetown, Baddeck, Halifax, and Saint John**, meeting incredible people whose stories reveal the profound impact that motorcycling can have on our lives.

Mental health continues to be one of the greatest challenges facing our communities. Understanding it begins with conversationā€”and sometimes those conversations happen best with the wind in your face, the open road ahead, and fellow riders beside you.

**"Canada's Healing Landscapes: A Motorcycle Journey Through the Maritimes"** is the first documentary in a series exploring the therapeutic, healing, and mental health benefits of motorcycling.
