The Strathmore & District Agricultural Societyhas officially been selected as a recipient of the 2026 Toronto Blue Jays Field of Dreams Grant.
Through this incredible program, the , , and will invest more than $100,000 into the ball diamonds located on the Strathmore Ag Grounds.
The grant was awarded to the Strathmore & District Agricultural Society in recognition of our commitment to providing and maintaining quality recreational facilities that serve athletes, families, and visitors from across the region.
This funding will help enhance and improve our diamonds, creating a better experience for local athletes, tournaments, and community events while supporting the continued growth of baseball and softball in our region.
Being selected for this grant is a tremendous honour. As the organization responsible for operating and maintaining the Strathmore Ag Grounds, the Strathmore & District Agricultural Society is proud to bring this investment to our community.
We are grateful to the Toronto Blue Jays, Jays Care Foundation, and TD Bank for recognizing the importance of community sport and investing in facilities that serve thousands of players and visitors each year.
These improvements will have a lasting impact, ensuring that the Strathmore & District Agricultural Society ball diamonds remain a place where athletes can develop their skills, compete, and create memories for generations to come.
