💦 What a fun morning at the Stratford-Perth Family YMCA ! 💦

I popped into our Aqua Fit class today and had such a great time with the group!
There was plenty of dancing, exercising, laughing and even singing in the water — proof that movement and connection can go hand in hand. 💙

Aqua Fit takes place every Wednesday morning from 10:00–10:45 a.m. at Stratford YMCA
It’s a wonderful opportunity to get moving, have some fun and connect with others in a welcoming and supportive environment.

And the fun doesn’t end when the class is over! ☕️🍪 We were so happy to see member’s gathering afterward for coffee, snacks and conversation. These moments of connection are such an important part of what makes Wellspring special.

💚 Friday Fun Day: Lymphatic Drainage with Nancy Creeden 💚

Join us on Friday, October 2 at 1:30 PM for a casual and informative conversation with Nancy Creeden.

After spending 25 years as a dairy farmer near Embro, Nancy returned to school at the age of 52 to become a massage therapist. Her interest in lymphatic health led her to complete all levels of training in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and compression therapy through the Vodder School.

Nancy is passionate about sharing the benefits of lymphatic drainage, particularly for people recovering from cancer treatment, knee or hip replacements, and other conditions where MLD may be beneficial.

Come learn more about the lymphatic system, how lymphatic drainage works, and why it can be such a valuable part of recovery and well-being.

We’re so excited to welcome Nancy to Wellspring for this relaxed, educational afternoon! 💚
