We had a wonderful concert on Saturday - celebrating spring time at Zion Presbyterian Church and raising 1000$ for the acquisition of a new accessibility lift.

DNTS presents our Spring Concert - Saturday June 13 at 10 am . Zion Presbyterian Church, 135 Prince Street. Admission is by donation at the door ( cash or etransfer) with proceeds going towards a new lift at the church. Hope to see you there!

If you are an adult amateur brass or woodwind musician who would like to spend the weekend with like-minded community musicians and receive coaching from UPEI Music faculty members, please join us at our inaugural Chamber Music Retreat! The weekend workshops will include large group sessions, like-instrument sessions, mixed-instrument sessions, workshops on special topics, faculty recital, final performance by participants, and social time.

DNTS welcoming musicians in September ! (or any time)

'Definitely Not the Symphony' (DNTS) is an eclectic group of music enthusiasts who gather to play instrumental pieces on a regular basis. We are 'the orchestra for all players'!

We are recruiting people interested in string and wind instruments and welcome all ages and musical abilities. We are especially looking for violin and cello players, but everyone is welcome. Have you always wanted to learn a new instrument or brush up on your skills? Consider joining our group!

Conductors Marti Hopson and Travis Boudreau will lead the group through musical pieces that include classical, pop, soundtracks and jazz. It's a terrific community of musical players

Rehearsals are held Saturday mornings, from September to June at Andrews of Stratford. First fall rehearsal is September 6th. Contact [email protected] or find us on Facebook
