Stratford Medical Mission Depot

Stratford Medical Mission Depot The Depot accepts medical and humanitarian supplies and then ships them worldwide to areas in need. Please call 519 301 1953.

The Stratford Medical Mission Depot has been accepting donated medical and humanitarian supplies and organizing them for redistribution for 27 years. Beginning with a trip to Guatemala in 1995, we have outfitted hundreds of individuals and groups travelling to areas of need all around the world. The donated items we work with come from individuals, hospitals, long term care facilities, retirement

homes, hospices, medical equipment manufacturers and more. These items consist of surplus medicines, assistive devices like canes and wheelchairs, basic hygiene supplies, etc. We use these supplies to outfit individuals, medical and humanitarian teams, organizations and agencies. In the past year we have sent recurring shipments of aid to South Sudan, Cuba, Senegal, Lebanon and Ukraine and elsewhere. We also support groups within our own community such as ShelterLink, Optimism Place, Emily Murphy Centre, SPCA, etc. The Stratford Mission Depot is not a registered charity, rather it is a group of volunteers driven by a desire to help address medical supply inequity around the world. Our work has supported communities dealing with the effects of natural disasters, famine, poverty and war.
