Adventureland’s Leadership In Training (LIT) program gives youth ages 12–15 real opportunities to lead, problem-solve, support others, and challenge themselves through hands-on adventure. From team building and communication to outdoor skills, program planning, and critical thinking, LITs grow confidence while learning what leadership looks like in action.

With weekly goals, personalized feedback, and a program that meets youth where they are, LIT is where many of our camp leaders begin. 💪
