Friends of the Stony Plain Library Society The "Friends" are a group of people who love the Stony Plain Public Library and want to bring awareness and extra funds to support Library activities.

In addition to fundraising events such as our annual Black and White Affair and partcicpatnig in activities such as the annual Town of Stony Plain Farmers' Days, we also raise funds through grant applications and casinos. We are proud of the Founder's Garden, built to commemorate the 60th Anniversary, and the many projects we have contributed to financally such as new shelving and a mobile computer lab!
