Stony Plain Youth Centre We are a diverse youth-driven centre, providing a safe space for youths ages 11-17 in our community.

This is a space where youths can learn new skills, meet new people and hang out, all under professional supervision.

Did you know that effective self-defence is 90% prevention? Empowered Defence Centre is presenting an upcoming 2-part self-defence workshop at the Stony Plain Youth Centre. Youth will learn how to identify, avoid, and escape from potential threats. Youth will also discuss the responsibility and accountability of using physical self-defence.

Join us on Friday May 24th and Friday May 31st, from 6:30-8:00p.m. to feel safe, strong, and empowered!
