Riverview Home Volunteer Association Nonprofit volunteer organization that raises funds to promote mental health & recreation activities.

Started in 2009 by Don and Helen Brown; whose son lives at Riverview Home, Riverview Home Volunteer Association continues with their mission as a non-profit volunteer organization that raises money for the residents of Riverview Home Corporation through grant funding and donations from local organizations and community members. These funds are used to help assist with the costs of recreational act

ivities that improve the mental health and quality of life of the residents of Riverview Home. Ways to donate:

Refundables- You can drop your refundables off to Golden Penny Bottle Exchange by the Blue Acres Bridge. When dropping off your refundables, let the folks at the Golden Penny know you would like to donate them to Riverview Home. Cheque- Cheques can be made out to Riverview Home Volunteer Association, and can be dropped off or mailed to 24 Riverview Lane, Stellarton NS, B0K1S0. A bequest- What is a bequest? Bequests are donations that are made as part of a will or trust. A bequest can be to a person, or it can be a charitable donation to a non-profit organization, trust, or foundation. Anyone can make a bequest—in any amount—to an individual or charity. If you would like to leave a bequest donation to Riverview Home Volunteer Association, please include it in your will.
