Thanks to everyone that came out to the Charity BBQ today. We raised over $6500! All proceeds will go towards impacting the youth in the Steinbach and Blumenort communities. 🌭🌭🌭

We just hired a new Youth Worker. Here’s why we’re excited.
Amy Hertes has spent years in social services walking alongside people in crisis. A year and a half ago she started volunteering at Backstage, our youth drop-in here in Steinbach. She kept showing up. And now she’s joining the team full time.
Amy is fundraising to start. If you want youth in this community to have a consistent, caring adult in their corner, partnering with Amy is a direct way to make that happen.

We’re excited to welcome Andrew Thiessen back to The Mill for another summer! Andrew has a heart for discipleship and building real relationships with youth, and the impact of that showed up clearly last year. We’re glad he’s back and ready to keep showing up for youth in the Blumenort community this season.
