💙 A heartfelt farewell to our Executive Director
After 8 incredible years with Steinbach Family Resource Centre, we are saying a deeply heartfelt goodbye to our Executive Director as she begins a new chapter.
Her leadership has been foundational to SFRC’s growth and success. Over the past eight years, she has offered unwavering mentorship, thoughtful guidance, steady support, and a clear vision that has helped shape SFRC into the organization it is today. So much of what families, staff, and community partners experience now has been influenced by her dedication and care behind the scenes.
She has not only led the organization—she has invested in people. Through her encouragement, many staff members have grown in confidence and skill. Through her leadership, partnerships have strengthened. And through her commitment to families, SFRC has been able to expand its reach and deepen its impact across our community.
While her role has often been at the helm, her presence has always felt personal. She leads with integrity, compassion, and a genuine belief in the importance of community support for families. That legacy will continue to ripple through everything SFRC does moving forward.
We are profoundly grateful for her years of service, her heart for families, and the countless ways she has shaped SFRC—both seen and unseen.
As she moves forward, she leaves behind not just an organization that is stronger because of her, but a team and community that will carry her influence with them for years to come.
