Do You Have Space for Safe Families Steinbach?

This September, Safe Families Steinbach will be moving out of our Main Street offices and working wherever the Lord has in store for us.

For nearly six years, our Chapter staff have been incredibly blessed to work out of Calvary Church, down their “mission hallway.” They welcomed us with open arms, generously providing office space and truly making Safe Families feel like a mission of their own. Having a shared workspace has allowed us to collaborate on family plans, meet with parents, volunteers, and donors, and provide a welcoming place for people to connect with us. We are so grateful for their partnership and generosity!

As Calvary continues to grow and prepares to move into a new building, they will need that space for their own expanding ministry. We completely understand and celebrate this exciting season for them!

As we prepare for this transition, we wanted to ask our community:

Do you have office space to spare?

Perhaps you have a few unused offices, a small workspace, or extra room in your building that could become a home base for Safe Families. If God has placed Safe Families on your heart and you would like to explore donating office space, we would love to connect with you.

National News: We are so excited to launch Abide, a brand-new dedicated space to celebrate the “good news” of what God is doing across our communities! Our first edition is releasing this week!

We chose the name Abide because it sits at the very heart of everything we do. It reflects the children currently abiding in the safe, loving care of our host families. It represents our deepest prayer, that the families we serve are drawn to abide in Christ through the love they experience here. Finally it reminds us to remain rooted in Him as a ministry.

Whether you are a Host Family, a Family Friend, a donor, or a supporter, we want to journey together. Grab a coffee and dive in! In our upcoming editions, you’ll get to read uplifting stories from our regions, find out how you can get involved in our next major fundraisers, and hear a word of encouragement from Phillip, our Executive Director.
