Stroller Fitness Classes Are Back – and we’ve added an extra class!🎉

Join us for a 45-minute full body workout using your own stroller and the occasional baby weight.

Our classes focus on postpartum recovery, functional strength, and building the strength and confidence you need to keep up with the physical demands of parenting – all while making connections with other new parents.

Class Times:
Tuesdays 10:00 AM
Tuesdays 11:00 AM
Thursdays 11:00 AM

Classes begin Tuesday September 22nd - Drop-in and try out Stroller Fitness, for FREE!

Looking for ways to keep your child active this summer? Join us at the Summer Sports Camp for a summer full of fun, new friendships and great memories! ☀️

Kids will get to play a variety of sports such as soccer, basketball, softball, street hockey, ultimate frisbee, kickball, relay races and more! ⚽️🥅🥏
