2025 Community Impact winner, Pratheek J Shenoy went from launching Cognizant (IT), Amazon's global marketplaces and WW pricing governance to Barrington Consulting and CGI launching Epic and Oracle Cerner systems in Atlantic Canada hospitals. And through his volunteering, he's focused on food insecurity partnering with NL Eats.

When asked about how he managed these seemingly 180 transitions, Pratheek answered:

"[The common thread across e-commerce, healthcare, and community work is to] understand the people affected/their pain point before you design the solution."
