On June 25, the St. John's International Airport Authority will once again join airports across the country in celebrating Airport Workers Day — a day dedicated to recognizing the incredible people who keep our airport moving.
Leading up to the day, we're highlighting and thanking members of the YYT community.
Today, we're featuring Heather LeGrow, Lead Customer Service Representative with PAL Airlines. Heather has been part of the YYT community for nearly 25 years, helping passengers navigate their journeys while also supporting the operational activities that keep aircraft moving safely and efficiently.
Known for her commitment to customer service, Heather takes pride in building relationships with travellers and knows many of her regular passengers by name. She says one of the things she loves most about aviation is that every day brings something new, and special events like the Flight to the North Pole remain among her favourite.
