From big feelings and bedtime routines to healthy eating and active play, raising little ones comes with plenty of questions!

Join us in Pemberton at the One Valley Children's Health Fair for a FREE, fun-filled morning designed to support the health and well-being of children ages 0–5 and their caregivers.

Content note: Pregnancy and infant loss

Today, October 15, is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day — a day to honour the little lives lost too soon, and the families who carry their memory.

For families who have experienced this loss, remembrance can be a quiet moment alone or an opportunity to come together with others who understand.

This evening, is hosting a Wave of Light Ceremony in Squamish, offering a gentle space for families who have experienced the loss of a pregnancy, infant or child to come together in remembrance and connection.

As part of a worldwide Wave of Light, candles will be lit at 7 p.m. to honour the lives of children gone too soon.

🕯️ Thursday, October 15 | 6:30–8:00 p.m.
📍 55+ Centre, 1201 Village Green Way, Squamish
This non-denominational gathering is open to grieving families, with children welcome.

Wishing our Sea to Sky community a warm and happy Thanksgiving. 🧡

This weekend, we’re feeling grateful for the people, connections and communities that make this place so special.

As we gather, share food and give thanks, we also hold gratitude for the lands and waters we call home, and recognize the Indigenous Peoples who have cared for and continue to care for these places across Turtle Island.

However you spend the long weekend, we hope there’s good food, good company and something to be grateful for.

Mental health touches all of us, but everyone's journey looks a little different. 💚

Some challenges are visible. Others are carried quietly. And sometimes, reaching out for support is the hardest step.

This World Mental Health Day, we're reminding our Sea to Sky communities that no one has to navigate life's challenges alone.

From youth counselling to trauma support, Sea to Sky Community Services offers free, accessible mental health services to help people find connection, care and support when they need it most.

Whatever you're facing, support is closer than you think.

MORE LISA!!! We are so happy to officially announce Lisa’s shift from her 20 years with CCRR to her new venture down the hall at HPOP! Lisa will be managing the Healthy Pregnancy Outreach Program and we are so glad she isn’t moving far!
Come help us celebrate this legend and all her generosity at Locavore TONIGHT 6PM! Anyone and everyone welcome. 🎉💃
