Squamish Hospital Foundation The Squamish Hospital Foundation mission is to enhance the quality of health care services delivered

Your donation helps to ensure that our healthcare professionals have the resources they need to provide quality health care. Gifts to the Foundation from generous supporters are used to purchase state of the art equipment for Squamish Hospital and community health care services. Donations to the Foundation are instrumental in ensuring the needs of our growing community are continually being met.

How do we help ensure quality healthcare close to home as our community grows?

Our five-year Strategic Plan sets out a roadmap for supporting local healthcare in Squamish and the Sea to Sky corridor, guided by five key goals:

🤝 Building Relationships with healthcare providers, First Nations, and community partners

💙 Recognizing Donors and sharing the impact of their generosity

📣 Engaging Our Community to raise awareness of local healthcare needs and services

🎯 Fundraising to help fund essential healthcare equipment and support

🌱 Strengthening the Foundation to meet the evolving needs of our growing community

Did you know that the Hospital Foundations within the Sea to Sky Corridor work together to co-fund needed equipment for both Squamish General Hospital and the Whistler Health Care Foundation?

Together, we were able to purchase a $50,000 Stryker Surgical Table.

A huge THANK YOU to our sponsors, golfers, volunteers, auction donors, organizers and everyone who helped make this year’s Dr. Kindree Memorial Golf Tournament such a success!

Your generosity and support help the Squamish Hospital Foundation invest in healthcare close to home.

For more than 25 years, this tournament has carried forward the legacy of Dr. Kindree, whose vision helped build local healthcare in Squamish. Since the tournament began in 1999, the community has continued that tradition by coming together to support important healthcare needs throughout the Sea to Sky.

🍂 Come and visit us at the Brackendale Fall Fair this Saturday! 🐐🎶

We’ll be at the Squamish Hospital Foundation booth, ready to chat with you about the ways we’re supporting healthcare in Sea to Sky communities.

There’s lots to enjoy at the fair, including live music, farm animals and baby goats, hay wagon rides, mini-golf, a cake walk, the famous zucchini races and face-painting! 🐐🚜
