A huge thank you to the incredible team at for being such amazing partners!

With your support, we were able to bring together Newcomers, Immigrants, and Refugees from Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton for a truly meaningful winter experience, giving participants the chance to try cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, connect with nature, and build community.

We’re so grateful for your generosity, collaboration, and commitment to creating welcoming spaces for everyone. Partnerships like this truly make a difference, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

Thank you for helping make this day so special!

This event is part of Seek to Connect, an outdoor sport program for newcomers, organized by Squamish Newcomer Services, Whistler Pemberton Newcomer Services (Capilano University) and funded by the BC Parks Foundation.
