Did you watch the Canada vs. USA hockey game last night? If you missed it, don’t worry, we’ll summarize: Canada reminded the Americans whose sport this is. It was beautiful. It was inspiring. It was… well, a little like a great Toastmasters speech, full of passion, energy, and a few dramatic moments.

And speaking of passion and energy, have you ever thought about improving your public speaking skills? Maybe you want to tell a story as confidently as Canada just told the US, “Nice try, buddy.” Maybe you want to lead meetings, give presentations, or just stop feeling like a deer in headlights when someone asks you to say a few words.

That’s where Sundowners Toastmasters comes in! We’re a fun, supportive club where you can practice speaking in a relaxed environment. No pressure, just good people, good laughs, and lots of learning.

Join us every Monday from 7-9 PM at St. Matthew’s Church in Spruce Grove! We promise it’ll be less stressful than a penalty shootout and way more fun than watching the US realize hockey isn’t their birthright.
