2026/27 Woodhaven Middle School Supplies

Hello Parents and Guardians!

If you would like a hassle free of purchasing school supplies for next school year, which is also a fundraiser for Woodhaven Middle School here is your chance! Please see the attached link to order https://schoolstart.ca/ Orders that are placed from now to July 31, 2026 the school will receive a $3 credit/kit sold. There are 3 options for ordering


Option 1 - Order by June 19th for delivery to either Brookwood if child is going into Grade 5 at Woodhaven, and Grade 5-8 at Woodhaven for the week of June 22nd delivery. *Note there is a $4.50 delivery per kit

Option 2 - Order to your home! If you have more than one child attending the Woodhaven the one time delivery charge is $7.50

Option 3 - Woodhaven Delivery will be the week of August 17th with child picking up the first day of school!

At the end of ordering parents/guardians have the option have donating $5, $10 or $15 in the form of School Start Credit for Staff to be able to purchase any extra needed supplies throughout the year!!

The long weekend is here and so is your Calahoo Meat Fundraiser. Please come to the school before 4 pm today to pick up your orders.

Any orders not picked up will be donated to The Parkland Food Bank.

Track and field will be on May 12 (grades 7-9) and May 26 (grades 4-6). Hot lunch (May 12 - Pizza 73, May 26 - Dairy Queen) will be delivered to the field for grades participating in track and field and to the classroom for non-participating grades.

On both dates, the Parent Association will also be offering a concession, only for the grades participating in track and field. Concession is available by pre-order or cash/card purchases on the day of in limited quantities. Students who have ordered hot lunch can also purchase from concession. Ordering for grades 7-9 is open until May 8th. Ordering for grades 4-6 is open until May 22nd.

DETAILS

Order forms are attached in this email for families to print or they may use the hot lunch website to place their orders online (https://woodhaven.hotlunches.net).

There is no need to create a new hot lunch account. Your current account will have this fundraiser available.

The school earns $5 or $10 for each item ordered. All order forms and payments need to be handed into the school by Thursday, April 30th, 2026. Payment can be made by Cash or Hot Lunch online ordering before 3pm.

DELIVERY

All orders will be shipped to the school and MUST be picked up by families on Thursday, May 14th, 2026 between 2-4pm.

Just in time for May Long Weekend good weather barbecues! Parent volunteers will be available at the school to retrieve your order for you.

*Orders not picked up by the specified time will be donated to the Parkland Food Bank*

DID YOU KNOW?

Our School Association funds a lot of great experiences for students and teachers, such as cultural events (local plays, in-school experiences), field trips, teacher wish lists, Criterion Media, and other celebrations.

It wouldn't be possible without all the great fundraising done by our Woodhaven community!
