You might see “Parent Council” and think meetings, minutes and another commitment.
But really?
It’s parents helping make great things happen for our Woodhaven kids.
Fundraisers. Hot lunches. Supporting school activities. Helping fund things that make our students’ school experience even better.
And you DON'T have to join council to be part of it.
Give us one meeting.
One lunch.
One fundraiser.
One hour.

Woodhaven Middle School Parent Council is looking for volunteers to help make the 2026–2027 school year a great one!
We’re looking for parents, guardians and family members who can lend a hand with:
🍕 Hot Lunch Program
🎉 School Fundraisers
🙌 Other Parent Council activities throughout the year
Whether you can help once, occasionally, or regularly, we’d love to have you! Every volunteer makes a difference, and many hands make these programs possible for our students.

2026/27 Woodhaven Middle School Supplies

Hello Parents and Guardians!

If you would like a hassle free of purchasing school supplies for next school year, which is also a fundraiser for Woodhaven Middle School here is your chance! Please see the attached link to order https://schoolstart.ca/ Orders that are placed from now to July 31, 2026 the school will receive a $3 credit/kit sold. There are 3 options for ordering


Option 1 - Order by June 19th for delivery to either Brookwood if child is going into Grade 5 at Woodhaven, and Grade 5-8 at Woodhaven for the week of June 22nd delivery. *Note there is a $4.50 delivery per kit

Option 2 - Order to your home! If you have more than one child attending the Woodhaven the one time delivery charge is $7.50

Option 3 - Woodhaven Delivery will be the week of August 17th with child picking up the first day of school!

At the end of ordering parents/guardians have the option have donating $5, $10 or $15 in the form of School Start Credit for Staff to be able to purchase any extra needed supplies throughout the year!!

The long weekend is here and so is your Calahoo Meat Fundraiser. Please come to the school before 4 pm today to pick up your orders.

Any orders not picked up will be donated to The Parkland Food Bank.
