The Spencerville Friends of the Library is pleased to announce a $1,000 bursary for students pursuing post-secondary education in any facet of library or research studies. This bursary aims to support local students committed to the field of library and information sciences.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a resident of Edwardsburg-Cardinal, Ontario
Be enrolled in a post-secondary diploma or degree program related to library studies, information science, or archival studies at a recognized institution.
Application Requirements:
A completed application form.
Proof of residency in Edwardsburg Cardinal (e.g., utility bill, driver’s license, or official document).
Proof of enrollment in an eligible program (acceptance letter or current transcript).
A 500-word personal statement explaining your passion for library/research studies and how this bursary will support your education.
Deadline to Apply:
May 1, 2025
