FIREWORKS TONIGHT 🎆

Where: Shoreline near the Government Dock
When: 9:30 to 10:00 p.m.
Bring: A lawn chair, bug spray, and your oooohs and aaaahs

Please be mindful—while fireworks are a community favourite, they can be tough on our furry friends. If you have a dog who’s sensitive to loud sounds, you might want to plan ahead for a quieter space or extra cuddles.

Let the skies sparkle and the pups stay calm. See you there!

New to Oliphant? Here’s what the OCA is all about.
The Oliphant Campers’ Association (OCA) has been part of this community for over 100 years, and this weekend we’re proud to be hosting our 117th annual Regatta!

The OCA brings together cottagers, campers, and residents to celebrate the best parts of summer—community, tradition, and good old-fashioned fun.

Regatta Weekend Highlights:
🏃‍♂️ Running races
🛶 Canoe races
🏊 Swimming events
⛵ Sailing races
🎭 Kids costume party
🎆 Fireworks
🕺 Regatta dance
…and more!

Want to participate?
You’ll need an OCA membership to join the races and events, but everyone is welcome to come out and cheer. Join us at the government dock at 1:00 PM this Saturday to catch some of the action!

UPDATES & REQUESTS:
- If anyone has green regatta volunteer shirts - please bring them tomorrow.
- looking for under 12’ sailboats & participants, for the Sunday Sailing races on Sunday, please contact Andy Rees - [email protected]

AQUATIC RACES:
- Aquatic events are set to go across the channel.
- If you have regatta canoes please bring them as we are down a few and have a wider run this year for more canoes.

If you need a partner for any of the races, DM us and/or find a volunteer at the races and we will help you.
