We’re incredibly grateful to share that Hillcrest Museum is a proud recipient of a Thomas Sill Grant through the Souris Glenwood Foundation

When the Sowden family built this house, one can only wonder if they ever imagined it would still be standing generations later, lovingly preserved and honoured as the community’s museum. Thanks to support like this, their home and the stories of our community continue to be protected and shared.

We are deeply thankful for the Foundation’s commitment to preserving local history and ensuring Hillcrest Museum remains safe, welcoming, and standing strong for years to come.

A 2025 Grant Recipient!

The arrival of our new tables and chairs is a welcome enhancement, expected to improve conversation and cleanliness. We gratefully acknowledge the Souris Glenwood Community Foundation's grant that made this possible.
