Reflections of Fantasy is a non-profit dance society which was founded in 2002 by Angelique Aderhold-Kalicki, who has brought her comprehensive experiences from Europe as a teacher and dancer to Sooke, B.C. An Important aspect of the dance group is to include people of all ages, different nationalities, and various beliefs, brought together in this manner of mutual acceptance to contribute collabo
ration and joy. The dance group promotes the reflection of changes in the course of globalization. The choice of the dances supports this philosophy by a mixture of different dance styles like, modern, jazz, folk, and many more. A significant part of the group and tour is the inclusion of the T'Sou-ke First Nations Dancers & Drummers and Chief Gordon planes, who share their stories and culture in this form. Performances & Tours:
2002-2008 - Various performances in and around Victoria, including Canada Day festivities and the Victoria Performing Arts Festival.
2010 - Germany Tour 2010 with T'Sou-ke Nation Dancers & Drummers. Performances in Berlin, Leipzig, and Erfurt.
2012 - Europe Tour 2012 with T'Sou-ke Nation. Travel and perform in Berlin, Jena, Prague, Budapest, and Amsterdam.
2012 - 2015 - Preparation and training for upcoming Europe Tour in summer of 2015.
