Thank you, Sooke!
Last night was our last Sooke Night Market of the Season!
We want to thank our amazing vendors, musicians, community groups, volunteers, staff, and visitors for making our 13th Annual Sooke Night Market such a success.
Thank you to everyone who supported local and helped us make the market more sustainable. A special thank to our food vendors for helping us roll out the reusable dishes, and also to our visitors for taking the time to sort waste. With support from the CRD's Rethink Waste Grant, our waste reduction initiatives achieved an average 57% reduction in landfill waste this season.
As a member of the British Columbia Association of Farmers’ Markets (BCAFM), the Sooke Night Market is committed to ensuring products are 100% made, baked, grown, raised, or wild harvested in BC. This means you can be sure of finding high-quality local food and crafts every time!
