Sooke Region Women's Cancer Support Society We provide support for women in the Sooke region during and following cancer diagnosis and treatment. Founded in 2012.

We offer a free support group for women who have been impacted by cancer. Our monthly gatherings are a chance women to support each other. The groups are facilitated by medical professionals who volunteer their time, but the topics are mostly self guided through member conversation. We offer an opportunity to share in a safe, confidential environment. Guest speakers are occasionally invited to pre

sent current information on relevant topics such as nutrition, healing plans, coping strategies and wellness.

New location for the women's cancer support group. We meet on the second Tuesday of each month 1-3 pm in the common room of the Harbourside cohousing on Horne Rd.
