RIDGE TRAIL ADVENTURE 📣

Join us October 4 for a roughly 19-20km loop of Shields & Grass Lake and take the Ridge Trail back. This is a longer, more XC style ride - Sooke version. Riders must be comfortable with black diamond technical terrain and be able to complete the roughly 19km loop.

📅 October 4
⏰ 9:30 AM
📍 Sea to Sea Park/Harbourview: Bike wash station, parking lot

Come prepared for classic Sooke weather with appropriate gear, lots of water, and snacks/lunch.

Longer ride. Rugged terrain.
Let’s get out there!

GROUP RIDE UPDATE!

We’ve made the call to cancel the final three group rides scheduled at Jordie Lunn Bike Park due to low attendance.

But don’t worry, our October, November and December group rides at Harborview are still on the calendar and we’re looking at some new ways to make our group rides fun, appealing and something you’re excited to get out for.
Stay tuned for more updates!

And that’s a wrap on another Island Cup Enduro season!

A huge THANK YOU to the entire Island Cup crew, all the organizers, volunteers, and every club who hosted a race and made this series happen. These events take an army behind the scenes, and we’re so grateful for all the time, energy, and heart that was put into them.

And to everyone who repped Sooke throughout the season, racers and supporters, we’re so proud of you! 🖤 Sooke showed up and sent it! So many good times, big efforts, podiums, crashes, laughs and memories. It has been a fantastic first season together as the Sooke Bike Club Race Team. 🏁

Island Cup “Jorduro 3” 2026 was a total blast! So much time and effort goes into putting on an event like this, and it didn’t go unnoticed.

We are lucky to have an awesome race like this so close to home and even better seeing some of our Sooke Bike Club racers up there on podium. Proud of our team for coming out, putting in the work, cheering each other on and repping our club so well🤘🏻

Thanks to the crew for another fantastic day on the trails!
