Sooke Community Association

Sooke Community Association We are a non profit volunteer group, focusing on providing recreation to the people of Sooke The first directors of the association were Horace Goodrich, C.

The Sooke Community Association was incorporated in 1935 to build and operate a community hall and to organize community activities in Sooke, B.C., and region, including the annual All Sooke Day family picnic. We continue to operate the community hall and provide recreational facilities such as the Sooke ball fields, the Sooke soccer fields and the Sooke river campground. Thank you, Sooke, for another GREAT All Sooke Day!

We look forward to this day all year, and once again our community made it so special. We hope you enjoyed the logging shows, live music, Kids Zone, amazing vendors and, of course, the delicious smoked salmon!

A huge thank you to our volunteers, vendors, sponsors and everyone who came out to celebrate Sooke with us.

The Sooke Museum is an incredible resource, preserving the rich history that has shaped our amazing community. One of the highlights of All Sooke Day was the exciting logging sports competitions, a great reminder of Sooke’s proud forestry heritage and the traditions that continue to bring our community together.
