Mattagami Cross Country Ski Club Members or paying users can access 18 km of groomed ski trails and 3 km of scenic snowshoe trails.

Memberships for both skiing & snowshoeing are due by January 31st (Memberships valid January 1-December 31)

Kids 12 and under FREE
Individual $94.50
Youth (13-18 yrs) $34.50 if parent is member
Youth (13-18 yrs) $54.50 if parent isn't a member

Denis, Rick an Bern teamed up to shovel off the roof of the Bush Camp. This will help to protect the second most important asset of the Ski Club. Very fortunate to have a little gem like that, sitting in the middle of our trail system overlooking the Mattagami River. 47 years ago,3 years before the main Lodge was built, Wayne McGee decided it would be a perfect place to build a warm up camp. Didn't bother him he was alone. He was building it!! Impressive job, Charlie Legault would drop by to help him once in awhile. Incredible work to withstand all the elements of Mother Nature threw at it
for all these years.Still stands, strong an proud. Along with the aide of Remi Gravel he traveled to old Big Joe's farm to get Cedar to make those beautiful tables for the inside. This year were replacing the roof on it. That's the least we can do. So the next generation can have good times in the camp, just like so many of us had. Thank You! Mister McGee from all of us!

That's it. Den and Rick teamed up this morning to tackle trails. It's packed really hard, nice comb job, track set well, locked in. It's this time of year Mother Nature decides how long ski season will be. Lots of heat,Sun or rain can lead to unsafe trails. This can lead to Trail Closure at times. If it happens a sign will be posted at entrance, plus notification on our Website. Make sure you Obey Signage
