The 2026 Totem to Totem had the highest attendance. The report must be titled: "How do you fit three races in between Totem pole raising". We put a 6 hour time limit on the Marathon so we could have the awards presentation before the third pole raised on Saturday. Everyone enjoyed it. This picture taken by Jag from the JAGS Coffee Shop & Guest Rooms shows how excited one runner was to be running the 10 km race.

There is going to be a pole raising in the afternoon and we want all the runners in before 2 so that everyone can attend the awards ceremony before going to Skidegate.

T2T gives a late, but still BIG shout out to Angela Olsen of Daajings Giids and Katerine Lagasse of Montreal on their excellent finishes at the Boston Marathon on April 20, 2026. Angela bettered her T2T marathon time, and her Boston Marathon time from last year, finishing in 3:37:31 and Katerina took nearly 7 minutes off her T2T time, finishing in 3:05:36. Both Angela and Katerina qualified for Boston next year. We know that Angela will be back to run T2T this year. Congratulations to both on standout performances.
