The Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre Foundation (SLMHC Foundation) was incorporated in 1994 as the Sioux Lookout District Health Foundation.

Our purpose has always been to raise money for the Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre.
