Thank you for helping us reach our goal of $5,000 to match the $5,000 being donated by a very generous supporter!! We appreciate every donation: the $20 ones, the two $1000 ones, and all the many generous ones in between those amounts!!! It took every one to reach the goal. And thank you to our long time supporter for her extreme generosity in donationg $5,000! We know that especially in these times of rising prices for necessities there are many worthy charities needing donations and it is very meaningful to us that you have trusted us with your donations.
This money will be used for vet care, food, and other expenses of the senior cats in our Long Term Foster Program. This not only greatly benefits the cats by providing everything they need, but it also provides loving companions for many older cat-loving seniors. (We have some younger foster parents also... for high needs or so-called - by some - "unadoptable" cats such as those who may not have a lot of time ahead.) The program currently has 25 cats.
