This week’s campaign is a very important one… Birthday Presents for Sue! 😆

Our goal? To raise enough “donations” for:
✅ A hot chocolate refill ☕
✅ A favourite snack 🍫
✅ A day without hearing “quick question…” 😂

💙 What if this August Long Weekend someone you love needed the hospital?

It's one of those things we don't often think about... until we have to.

Your donation would help ensure the Strathcona Community Hospital has the equipment the doctors and nurses need to provide exceptional care when it matters most.

Right now, we're working on raising $75,000 for two GlideScopes, little integrated cameras and monitors that give Doctors a clear HD view of the airway. When seconds matter, the GlideScope allows airways to be opened safer and faster.

🌧️ Mother Nature has certainly been keeping us on our toes!

After another round of severe storms yesterday, and more potentially on the way today, we're crossing our fingers that she's getting it all out of her system well before our 10th Annual Strathcona Community Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament on September 11, 2026! ⛳☀️

Our hearts go out to everyone dealing with flooding, storm damage, and cleanup, and to the many local golf courses that have taken a beating this season. We know how much work goes into getting everything back in shape, and we're thinking of you.

Here's hoping for calmer skies and sunshine right thru August, so we can all enjoy a beautiful September Friday filled with great golf, great company, and great support for local health care. 💙
