The Sherwood Park Music Festival as an annual competitive music festival held each April. We are a member of the Alberta Music Festival Association.

The Performing Artist Concert Class is NEW in 2026 and hosts two large scholarships: the Holly Sundquist Memorial Scholarship and the Festival Place Cultural Arts Foundation Scholarship. We have been planning and preparing for Festival 2025! We are a growing festival! It is so exciting to have so many community members participate in our fesitval. As such, we have BIG NEWS......................... The Festival will happen over a 2-week period!

Week 1: April 7 - 11 Piano Week.
Held upstairs in the Emerald Hills Leisure Centre
Week 2: April 14 - 17 All other disciplines.
Held at Festival Place

Grand Concert and Awards Ceremony: Tuesday, April 22 7:00. Held at Festival Place

Please make note of the following dates:
December 1 - Syllabus will be available
January 1 - Website will be fully updated for the 2025 festival
February 1 - 20: Registration
February 21 - 22: Late Registration (late fees apply)
We will keep you updated on the logistics of 2 festival weeks, through the web-site.
