The Quebec Anglophone Heritage Network (QAHN) is a non-profit, non-partisan, province-wide organization engaged with its members in the preservation and promotion of the history, heritage and culture of Quebec -- and, in particular, of Quebec’s English-speaking communities. QAHN strives to advance the knowledge of the history, heritage and culture of those communities by inform

ing, inspiring and connecting people through its activities and services. Membership in QAHN is open to individuals, families and organizations, regardless of linguistic or cultural affiliation. Currently over 100 museums, historical societies and other heritage, cultural or community organizations across the province hold institutional membership in QAHN. Le Réseau du patrimoine anglophone du Québec (RPAQ) est un organisme provincial à but non lucratif et non partisan qui œuvre, avec ses membres, à la préservation et à la promotion de l'histoire, du patrimoine et de la culture du Québec, et plus particulièrement des communautés anglophones du Québec. Le RPAQ s'efforce de faire progresser la connaissance de l'histoire, du patrimoine et de la culture de ces communautés en informant, en inspirant et en reliant les gens par le biais de ses activités et services. Histoire de la Maison Saint-Gabriel :
La Maison Saint-Gabriel est consacré à la préservation de l’histoire, du patrimoine et des artefacts des colons de la Nouvelle-France du milieu du XVIIe siècle. Le musée est installé dans une petite ferme, administrée depuis plus de 300 ans par les Sœurs de la Congrégation de Notre-Dame de Montréal, fondée par Marguerite Bourgeoys en 1658. Le site a été désigné lieu historique national du Canada en 2007.

History of Maison Saint-Gabriel:
The Maison Saint-Gabriel Museum is dedicated to preserving the history, heritage and artefacts of the settlers of New France in the mid-17th century. The museum consists of a small farm, which has been administered for more than 300 years by the Sisters of the Congregation of Notre-Dame de Montréal, founded by Marguerite Bourgeoys in 1658. The site was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 2007.

Le RPAQ est heureux d'annoncer les trois lauréats de ses prix de reconnaissance des bénévoles 2026! Deux de ces prix annuels récompensent une personne, un groupe ou un organisme pour leur engagement bénévole de longue date à la préservation et à la promotion du patrimoine anglophone au Québec. Le troisième prix, créé en 2025 pour le 25e anniversaire du réseau, souligne la contribution exceptionnelle d'un jeune bénévole à la préservation et à la promotion du patrimoine anglophone au Québec.

QAHN is ready to announce the three winners of its 2026 volunteer recognition awards! Two of these annual awards are presented to an individual or to a group or organization in recognition of their volunteer long-term contributions to the preservation and promotion of Anglophone heritage in the province of Quebec. The third award, launched in 2025 for the network's 25th anniversary, recognizes and celebrates a young volunteer and their outstanding contribution to the preservation and promotion of Anglophone heritage in the province of Quebec.
